Welcome to my blog, a place to get informed about boxing and other great ways of staying in shape. When I was younger I used to work as a trainer for young kids, teaching them the finer points of boxing and how to stay out of trouble.
I’ve decided to write this blog so I could share some of my experience with you, the readers. I believe that boxing training can be used as a great means of letting off steam and relieving stress and that all young kids could benefit from it. It helps build discipline and work ethic while also teaching them a few things about self defense.
